50 States' Adventures: Valentines DayIf you can take out the “6 more weeks of winter” hatred then there’s love in the air for it is February! The states, just like the nations, love the holiday of love and commonly give each other presents, well, the boys give to the girls obviously. Every year, the girls, or Lady States (they call themselves), get anonymous notes, treats, and flowers. They eventually find out who gave them the gifts but they act like it is a jester of love and keep their “guesses” secret. But the girls are not the only ones who get the excitement. Poor Alaska has to keep hiding from a certain capital and it ain’t DC. She is Moscow. I kid you not. She has a strange obsession for the state. It’s stranger that these two never really officially meet. If you don’t remember, Moscow became Russia’s Capital in 1918 after the revolution. Alaska was a territory of America during this time and…he was going through too many emotions to care at that moment.
