The 50 State's Adventures: C6: 2 Down, 48 to GoHello, I'm State of New Jersey, but call me Jersey. I'm known as the "Garden State." My territory is 8,721 square miles. I may be the third state to be admitted (December 18, 1787), but I am one of the richest. I wear fine clothing, eat fine foods, and I even have a fine house. I enjoy singing, playing the piano, and writing up blogs. Like Delaware, I have a Dutch heritage. I have to admit, I was very selfish. I wasn't really looking out for the "little guys." That's why I wear a Steelers' leather coat! GO TEAM! I love it! Football, racing, baseball, man I love it all. Playing them is total fun and a great way to stay fit. I am told that I act like America too much. Where does that work? Like Deli, I have a Dutch heritage but, I fell a little Swedish too. I'm not so sure. The Revolutionary War was a mess! Delegates are visiting my major city, Philadelphia, for the Continental Congress. I have to admit, I spied on those meetings. I was caught, only a few times. My fellow 12 and I stayed out of the
